The Team

Workplace Investing Voice Channel team develops UI, Mid-tier and Voice Biometric applications that provide our customers an outstanding self-service experience which allows them our customers to access information about their investments and other benefits with ease. Our platform supports building applications that take a cloud first approach are Cloud friendly and are used to support the Voice Natural Language platform. Our scrum teams work well together and appreciate new talent. We will provide a mentor for you as you learn to navigate your new role. We offer dedicated time each month to investigate new technologies.

The Expertise You Have

• Degree in Computer Science
• Development experience in Java, Angular, JSP, XML, Java Script, Spring, NodeJS/Python, JSON
• Experience in code package management tools such as Git, uDeploy, Jenkins Core, Maven
• Experience in Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS)
• UI and Front-End Development experience
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL queries for log analysis and dashboards
• Working experience with IDE’s Spring Tool Suite, and Eclipse/NetBeans/IntelliJ, within a UNIX and Windows environment.
• Understand voice technology in the space of Java, Codec, voice compression, encryption, data (voice) transportation, speech science
• Experience with NodeJS/Python, JSON, SOAP / REST Web services in Service Oriented Architecture is beneficial
• Voice Testing tools such as Insomnia, REST Assured, and Cucumber tools desired but not required.

The Value You Deliver

• You will be developing front-end UI applications used by the Voice NLU teams and phone reps who research customer inquiries
• You will be building new applications that are cloud friendly and will support functionality needs of other Voice Channel teams
• You will help support multiple Voice and Voice Bio applications by helping to troubleshoot incidents
• You will be migrating existing legacy applications to be cloud ready
