THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for someone who is seeking a career opportunity within a dynamic and growing organisation. You’ll be a critical part of the People & Culture team, ensuring our HRIS and documentation is up to date, accurate and legally complaint.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The first point of contact for new colleague inductions (Fibrus launchpad). Manage and make recommendations on how to enhance our candidate and onboarding experience
· Ensure all new colleagues have appropriate documentation completed in advance of their start date
· Arrange hardware and book hotel accommodation/ airline tickets for new colleagues
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new start colleagues.
· Add new colleagues to internal systems – LinkedIn Learning, Headspace, and training plan meetings
· Updating and maintaining our HRIS (SAP)
· Prepare and issue accurate contracts of employment and onboarding documentation
· Responsible for the employee offboarding process
· Ensure all documents updated, filed correctly in employee file (we’re paperless), ensuring we manage our data accurately. File auditing to ensure everything is GDPR compliant
· Producing and distributing employee documentation – contract variations, promotion letters, monitoring of all colleague probations
· Support in the collation of data for NI equality monitoring and return
· Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships
· Supporting our employee engagement activities
· Inquisitive , quickly understanding the work that our people undertake
· A team player, keen to contribute to the entire People & Culture function
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
You should have experience in a similar role or an administrative background and consistently produce accurate work, paying attention to detail. Excellent people skills and emotional intelligence. Previous experience working in a busy team. Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with competing demands. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
If you have a relevant people qualification that would be advantageous. Above all, you’ll be enthusiastic and love what you do and have a genuine desire to make Fibrus great for our people.
