No actual call center experience required, we’ll train you to be that rockstar and make meaningful relationships with both our customers and your awesome co-workers. What you’ll be doing:
Follow up with dealership customers to gather information and improve customer satisfaction
Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with existing customers or dealership contacts
Manage customer information databases
Address customer complaints/concerns as necessary
Conduct customer surveys to receive customer feedback
Setting and confirming customer appointments
Produce reports when necessary

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations
Customer service guru, in other words a people person
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate and telephone saavy
Passion for teamwork
Organization skills that put Marie Kondo to the test
Bonus points if you have call center experience
