Our work with schools is focussed on two areas: education assessment data and education literacy (including tutoring). FFTs team of over 100 staff work from home or at our offices in Cardiff, Middlesbrough or London. Using cutting edge technology, FFT provides an education analytics platform and literacy programmes to 13,000 schools in the UK and schools in 40 countries around the world. We have a strong, trusted brand with schools and our analytics services helps school leaders and teachers to analyse pupil assessment data, benchmark school performance, support school improvement and ensure that every pupil achieves the very best education outcomes. For the past 20 years FFT has also been committed to improving outcomes in reading and writing for children through targeted interventions and providing CPD for teachers and teaching assistants. We recently merged with Success for All, incorporating more literacy based school improvement programmes to our existing work.

• Be a champion for our growing customer base of schools using our literacy programmes
• On board and train new customers (schools) on existing products
• Communicate with our customers (email, phone, video link and in person)
• Deliver high quality in-person and online training and professional development to schools
• Respond to support queries from schools
• Investigate problems through to resolution
• Become an expert on our literacy products (phonics, tutoring, reciprocal reading etc.) and be able to demonstrate these to customers
• Help schools identify training needs and provide training and support to schools as required
• Understand the customer journey as schools use our literacy programmes
• Analyse data to inform and identify best practice and engagement
• Help in other areas of the business where and when needed

• A clear and confident communicator, verbally and in written/presentation form
• Enjoy a challenge – a competent and proactive problem solver
• Ability to work as a team player, in a remote working environment. You will be required to collaborate within the Success for All team and with other areas of the business
• A good understanding of primary literacy and early reading
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other remote working platforms
  
• Demonstrable excellent classroom practice in the teaching of phonics
• Experience of delivering CPD and training within and across schools
  
• Knowledge of the UK education system

• Experience in teaching and delivering literacy programmes in a primary school setting
• Experience of working on a literacy programme (content creation and development)
• Experience of working at SLT level and ability to demonstrate impact as a member of a schools SLT
• Demonstrate understanding of the reading process beyond phonics and awareness of the theory and practice of effective comprehension teaching.
