Fetch for Pets is looking for a Walmart focused Senior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Fetch is growing & needs passionate people to bring our products to pet lovers worldwide! In this role you will support the Walmart Account Managers and be an integral part of our daily operations. You will understand and support our business while working with our BEST-IN-CLASS brands and products.
**While this role is remote, we are ideally looking for candidates based in Arkansas. If outside of Arkansas, eligible candidates must be in Central Time Zone.**
What you’ll do:
•Complete Walmart item set ups by submitting all necessary forms and entering information into internal and external systems.
•Manage new item information including specs, images, and product details.
•Monitor and keep track of customer deliveries, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
•Liaise with other departments to assist in gathering information or troubleshooting issues for the Walmart sales team.
•Assist and manage WFS program with account managers
•Establish active communication and engagement with sales managers to ensure completion of prioritized tasks.
•Work with the team to develop, document, implement, track, reinforce and improve policies and processes that are material to the account experience
•Stay current on new product and brand launches to proactively support team and retail accounts.
•Manage direct ship replenishment accounts with $50K of volume or less; support accounts with new/discontinued item lists as needed.
•Potential to manage Sales Support team, commensurate with experience.
Who You Are:
•Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
•Retail Link experience required
•Previous experience in sales support, customer service or a related field.
•Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications such as Power Point and Excel
•Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
•Clear and effective communication
•Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, projects and workload
•Ability to learn quickly and become knowledgeable of the brands, products and company systems/processes
