About the Role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious yet accomplished HR professional to join our amazing team at our Greenford Head Office. Main Responsibilities:
You’ll report into the Head of HR for our Sales and Marketing functions and will be fully responsible for delivering a quality HR service across all areas of the employee life cycle, partnering with managers in all people matters to effectively support the business targets and goals. You will drive the delivery of people focused initiatives and provide coaching, advice and guidance to line managers on a wide range of employee relations matters. Working alongside the colleagues within the wider HR team, you’ll have the support of specialists in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and learning and development, however your role will ultimately oversee these key activities for employees within the sales division which includes colleagues based both at head office and remotely.
Who we are looking for:
This is the perfect role for you if you have experience within a large, fast paced organisation and you are looking for your next step or a new challenge. You might be an experienced HR Advisor or a HR Business Partner looking for a move into a role where you can grow and develop within a large organisation. You will have a background in supporting sales or commercial teams within a blue chip organisation where you have worked closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent HR support. You’ll have your CIPD level 5 qualification as a minimum and be eager to learn more and develop your existing skills, knowledge and experience. You will have a strong generalist background and be confident dealing with a wide range of ER issues. This role will need you to balance daily HR matters alongside strategic projects so you will enjoy this mix and be able to plan and prioritise your work effectively.
