The company is recognized for its global expertise in customs procedures and valuable experience with different courier services, gaining increasing recognition within the industry.

The Logistics Operator will be working in a warehouse, overseeing the scheduling, shipping, and receiving, as well as inventory tracking for the company and clients.

Ensuring all products are delivered to customers on time, all inventory is accounted for, and supplies are replenished regularly.

Requires an excellent sense of organization and strategic planning and keen attention to detail. Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Logistics Clerk

• Accepts and signs for deliveries to the warehouse.
• Assists in unloading new supplies.
• Organized inventory around the warehouse.
• Tracks all store or company inventory.
• Uses computerized inventory software to maintain records of all products and supplies.
• Ensures that sales records line up with physical inventory.
• Oversees the processing of customer orders.
• Reviews all shipping labels and packaging to ensure they meet federal regulations.
• s any problems and issues to the manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Pays close attention to detail.
• Manages time effectively.
• Possesses physical strength necessary to lift and move up to 50 lbs (REQUIRED)
• Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel proficiency is a must )
• Possesses awareness of warehouse and equipment safety procedures.
• AS 400 system and UPS World Ship is a plus.

Background and Experience

Previous warehouse and inventory work experience required.

Overtime will be needed depending on the workload. Applicant must be willing and available to work until late evenings and some weekends.
