Are you passionate about all things compliance and love a clear process?* Feros Care* are excited to be hiring a HR Governance & Compliance Analyst to join our fantastic HR team and take the lead on our workforce compliance.
This is a full time, fixed term parental leave contract until February 2023 (with the possibility of extension/renewal beyond this), based in our Coolangatta office (whilst also enjoy working from home 1 or 2 days a week).

About the Role:

• Ensure all Policies and Procedures for People Services are clear and up to date with legislation
• Coordinate workforce compliance requirements across the organisation and act as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders relating to all quality workforce requirements
• Undertake periodical review of compliance and quality to identify areas for improvement and governance requirements
• Immigration education and applications as well as monitoring current staff on Visa’s
• Provide training overviews or updates to relevant HR stakeholders and leaders to ensure consistency of practice and compliance objectives are met

What you will need to have:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience within HR or Compliance
• An understanding of HR Compliance requirements
• A proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships to effect change and deliver on business outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including business and report writing skills
