Qualifications:

· Inventory Control and/or Logistics experience (2-3 years)

· Ability to commit to a set schedule

· Exceptional customer service and solution-minded approach

· Computer-savvy with working knowledge of project management software and Excel

Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive person to oversee various logistical support functions that enable us to serve our customers at the elevated standard for which we are known. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Office Duties

• Record keeping
• Answering phones and vendor emails
• Entering data into Design Manager & QuickBooks
• Manage light receiving at the front office (inspect and check-in) and able to lift 25 pounds

Purchasing

· Research resources and call on fabric stock availability as required

· Assist our accountant with all billing to vendors and clients

· Ensure the accuracy of all Proposals and Purchase orders

· Establish daily, weekly, and monthly inventory processes, and controls

Shipping & Repairs

· Claims management, negotiation, and resolution with vendors

· Maintaining and developing a good relationship with all vendors

· Working with vendors on scheduling repairs for items and assisting the office manager
with drop-offs and pickups

· Overseeing and coordinating with receiving warehouse flow and movement while
keeping a very close record of all moving parts

· Tracking items status, following up with vendors, and coordinating shipping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
