We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing assistance with product information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Assist customers with product selection and ordering process.
