Key Responsibilities:

– **Promoting Services**: Clearly communicate the benefits of our services during calls, aiming to increase customer interest and engagement.
– **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to help improve our services and address customer needs effectively.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
