In case you haven’t heard, travel is back! And FTI is growing. We’re seeking a full-time Customer Account Manager who is excited to build and maintain relationships with FTI’s educational and faith based B2B clients as well as increasing business by adding on services and identifying new leads within those organizations. Successful candidates will have a passion for travel and the ability to get our customers excited about our services, educate them on our products, and turn them into long-term satisfied customers. Position will to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
· You will establish a name for yourself as the go-to person to our new and existing customers by making and implementing a communication plan presenting our wide range of solutions of products and services to our targeted key stakeholders of the said companies
· Work directly with the client and on-site sales teams to understand the organization’s needs and make recommendations based on your clear understanding of our existing offerings
· Prospect for opportunities to increase sales by researching clients’ potential business and key players across the U.S.
· Convert leads and referrals through account-based marketing, using a variety of mediums (written and oral): emails, conference calls, online presentations, business proposals, etc.
· Present FTI’s custom services, tailored to match the unique needs of each prospect, using varied vocabulary, tone of voice and level of detail appropriate for the specific audience
· Generate email lists, partnering with Creative to write eblast content, execute email campaigns, and nurture respondents to secure quote requests
· Meet with current and potential customers through visits and exhibiting at conferences/trade shows
· Work with CRM, marketing automation software and analytics to track leads & monitor conversions
Qualifications:
· Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
· Passion for international travel, study abroad experience is a plus
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build long-lasting relationships
· Clear, concise, and accurate oral and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and prioritize and work independently
· Self-motivated; takes initiative
· Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office
