We are currently seeking an EDI / Logistics Associate to join our Edison, NJ team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support as part of the eCommerce team towards internal and external stakeholders (for major accounts such as Home Depot, Lowe?s Best Buy, Wayfair).
• Provide day to day system support (engagement request handling, communication)
• Provide administrative support by effectively maintaining and coordinating various customer purchases; related invoices, ship confirmations, tracking information.
• Monitor & maintain system data, as well as handle error messages and deal with external / internal support providers, this would include addressing customer web portal Violations and Warnings (e.g.: Troubleshoot system/process failures)
• Provide operational support to the logistics team, creating shipments within the transportation management system, coordinating shipping labels and documents.
• Liaise with external shipping carriers; schedule pickups, ensure shipping documents are properly executed.
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good working knowledge of relevant computer systems, procedures, workflow management and monitoring systems
• Professional knowledge of general office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
• Minimum 3 years of business experience (IT or Business support experience, support of Retailers E-Commerce portals)
• Ideally minimum 1 year of experience working with Commerce Hub, SPS Commerce, Ariba

Compensation: $18-$19/hour, commensurate with education and experience.

Schedule: The candidate must have flexible hours to work an 8-hour shift within the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM range. (Monday to Friday). Some paid overtime may be required.
