What we’re looking for :

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with a foundational understanding of SEO strategies and best practices as well as PPC management & optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and 1-2 years of marketing experience.

Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be key in interpreting data and providing actionable insights. A familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems, such as Wordpress, is strongly preferred but not required.

We also expect strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously for various markets – while also being agile and able to adapt to an ever changing digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Owning the execution and analytics of a given market for all digital campaigns – SEO & PPC – while also contributing to overall strategy.

Managing Google Ads : creating, optimizing, and improving PPC campaigns while maintaining budgets for your markets

Utilizing Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to effectively monitor and manage our online presence

Utilizing AI content creation to position Feldco (and our sister companies) as an authority in local search results

Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and effective marketing strategies

Key Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

1-2 Years of marketing experience preferred

Foundational understanding, and interest, of SEO and PPC and a willingness to learn, grow and challenge yourself to become a well-versed digital marketer

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS We use Wordpress)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
