Job Summary

We are looking for a young enthusiastic individual to join our busy office based in Chadwell Heath as an office junior. This is a great opportunity for the right type of person that can adapt to the fast-paced industry we work in. Must have some previous work experience, willingness to learn is essential.

Hours:

18 hours per week – Part Time across 3 days

Requirements:

• Powerpoint Skills
• Digital Marketing Skills
• Basic Word/Excel Skills
• Excellent Content Creation Skills
• Strong articulate telephone manner
• Strong Team Player easily adaptable
• Ability to compose simple correspondence
• Can do attitude
• Excellent organisational skills

Duties:

• Account management
• Business Development
• Content Creation/Editing
• Recruitment
• Manage staff paperwork and hours
• Maintaining company data
• Provide administrative support for case tracking and provide monthly s to management
