You:
You are passionate about data, specially when it comes to analysing global compensation trends
You like to research and stay current regarding global benefits and reward trends
You are able to navigate through ambiguity and like to work in such environments
You have attention to detail and like to project plan your work
You thrive in fast paced environments with changing priorities
Your Day to Day:
You will contribute to shape and design the company’s global compensation strategy
You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and executing Feedzaian’s global compensation and benefits programs
You will advise on best practices and market pay and benefits trends and make recommendations to ensure the Feedzai remains competitive
You will manage the annual performance management process
You will support the People’s department in all areas that involve data analysis and reporting to help support business decisions
You Have & You Know-how:
Degree in HR, Management, Finance or any other relevant discipline
8-10 years of experience in a Comp & Benefits role with strong international exposure
Experience in growing companies with the potential to IPO will be considered a plus
Experience in the Tech Industry
Experience in managing benefits and compensation through a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with different types of stakeholders

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can’t wait to have you join the team!
