What you’ll do : As a Digital Marketer at FedTech, you will spearhead diverse client marketing strategies, ensuring innovative and targeted campaigns across various platforms.
Your role involves in-depth collaboration with internal teams, managing marketing assets, analyzing campaign data, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Committed to continuous learning, you’ll stay informed of marketing trends to keep FedTech and its clients at the forefront of the industry.
Typical functions include : Company-Wide Collaboration Liaising with every department team to ensure our brand message is consistent and effective across all internal and external communications.
Multi-Client Marketing Strategy Management Juggling multiple marketing strategies, tailoring each one to meet the unique needs and goals of different clients, ensuring that each campaign is innovative and targeted.
Internal Team Marketing Collaboration Working in harmony with the internal teams, you will help develop, implement, and communicate marketing strategies.
Marketing Asset Tracker Management Overseeing the organization and tracking of marketing assets. Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be key, becoming their trusted advisor on all things digital marketing, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Project Campaign Ownership From conception to execution, you will own marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget yielding the best return on investment.
Multi-Platform Campaign Management Orchestrating campaigns across various digital platforms Analytics and ing Analyzing data to derive actionable insights and compiling s – you will be the eyes and ears of campaign performance.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation Commitment to staying ahead of the curve, continually educating yourself on the latest trends and technologies to keep FedTech and clients at the forefront of digital marketing.
Stakeholder Education A part of your role will involve educating stakeholders about the digital marketing landscape, ensuring they understand the value it brings.
Successful candidates will have the following skills and qualifications : 3-5 years of digital marketing experience Completion of a bachelor’s degree Ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results to various stakeholders over Email, Slack, and video calls.
Knowledge of how to design and strategize a full-fledged marketing campaign, including setting clear objectives, target audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
Expertise in using various advertising platforms like Google Ads, Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
and basic understanding of graphical editing software like Adobe Creative Suite or XD. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like design, content, and sales.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance. Knowledge of email marketing and best practices.
Ability to allocate and track marketing spend efficiently from different stakeholders. Understanding of how to leverage various social media platforms for branding and direct response campaigns.
Keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates. B2B marketing, B2C marketing efforts. Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound, Any Major Social Media platform Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or Active Campaign is beneficial, but if you’ve used similar platforms, we’d love to hear about your experiences.
Experience in government marketing (B2G) is desired but not mandatory. Location : Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in person at our headquarters in Arlington, VA and 2 days remote) is preferred.
