Job Summary

The Agile Coach will be a member of the Business Agility team and possess experience in leading large-scale business transformation programs that will change the way our employees think about organizing and executing work. The Agile Coach will provide “change agent” leadership leveraging agile ways of working through Agile, SAFe, LEAN, as well as QDM principles. This subject matter expert will provide education to employees at all levels, including core product roles, senior leaders to provide them with the tools to be successful. This role will develop and deliver workshops and sessions that teach valuable skills leading FedEx Ground toward an organization-wide culture of value delivery. Essential Functions

• As a subject matter expert, provides coaching and mentorship to employees at all levels of the organization on Agile, SAFe, LEAN and QDM principles • Creates a learning culture by developing, implementing, delivering and consulting on training and workshops that apply information for Lean, QDM Design/Able and Safe/Agile to enhance FedEx Ground culture • Provides assessments and recommendations into the Agile maturity strategy roadmaps to assists the business in successfully realizing those goals • Shares the SAFe transformation journey and helps guide areas of the organization through their transformation toward agile ways of working • Creates an environment of continuous improvement by using data to solve root issues. This may include supporting data to highlight lacking areas of Agile, SAFe, LEAN and QDM principle adoption • Conducts evaluations and coaching of individuals, teams, ARTs and value streams to ensure the correct application of Agile framework and recommends action plans • May collaborate with stakeholders to identify specific areas of training and coaching • Shares the latest design thinking and innovation ideas from Agile and SAFe communities with the organization • Travel between corporate offices will be required NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, and/or Education and Communications or related discipline is required. In lieu of degree, four (4) additional years in an Agile Role, Agile Coach or Trainer, beyond the minimum experience), will be considered equivalent. Minimum Experience

Three (3) years’ experience in an Agile role required. Three (3) years’ Agile Coach experience is preferred. Required Skills, Abilities and / or Licensure

• Active Certified SAFe Program Consultant strongly preferred • Demonstrated Agile, SAFe and Lean experience • Experience with workflow management tools (i.e. Version One, JIRA, TFS) • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization • Strong Emotional Intelligence and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence without positional authority • Microsoft Office application knowledge Other Job Description Information

Experience using two or more frameworks for Agile at scale focused on Portfolio Strategy, Execution, and Flow is a plus % of Travel for the Position: 25%-50%
