In this role, you will develop a proactive and strategic approach for building talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy as well as coordinating various programs for leadership development.

You will also manage the company internship program; develop robust recruiting plans to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates; and establish strong working relationships with hiring manager in order to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing or a related field plus 3 years of staffing/recruiting/selection experience

* Demonstrated sourcing skills with the ability to use creative techniques and channels

* Strong internet, active, and passive candidate search skills
* Current knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to employment selection and equal opportunity

* Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization and external resources
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and/or applicants

*Availability to travel
