About the role

Assess the eligibility of international students from a wide range of countries and issuing offer or rejection letters as appropriate. Assist with the process improvements and developments in the International Admissions systems (StudyLink).

You will:

• process applications;
• assess the eligibility of international students for study and scholarships;
• provide information and advice on admission requirements, enrolment processes, fees, scholarships, health insurance, visa requirements and related administrative matters; and
• contribute to the development and implementation of activities which increase the conversion of applications to enrolments.
• Conduct required system testing, update online resources and functionality amendments to StudyLink

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

• commitment to quality customer service and the ability to develop excellent working relationships;
• organisational and time management skills; and
• ability to work accurately and with a high level of attention to details.
