About the role

Innovate, develop content and deliver engaging and effective student communications.

You will:

• develop and deliver engaging student communications throughout the student lifecycle;
• ensure effective coordinated communication using contemporary practices;
• coordinate the student communication schedule including content, design, timing, distribution lists, channels and platforms; and
• collate data and prepare reports and insights for continuous improvement.

About you

To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated:

• knowledge and application for effective and engaging student communication;
• experience of contemporary communication approaches and platforms;
• written and verbal communication skills; and
• proven capacity to develop and implement strategy to achieve defined outcomes.
