Federation of Small Businesses Hiring for HR Advisor at Blackpool Full Time

FSB is seeking a HR Advisor with a strong HR generalist background who is CIPD qualified to Level 5 and has prior experience of working within a small and very busy team.

What will you do?
This is an interesting and varied role. The successful candidate will:

• Work with line managers to provide professional advice and guidance on HR policy and procedure.
• Lead or support on employee relations cases, the full recruitment cycle and learning and development
• Provide administrative support producing correspondence to the highest professional standard.
• Support the HR Business Partner and the Director of HR in the delivery of HR Projects

Who are we looking for?

• Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.
• Solid ER background
• Strong HR generalist experience within a small and very busy team where there was a requirement for flexibility
• Experience of managing whole cycle case work and producing own correspondence and letters
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 products

Job details

• Location – Blackpool Business Park
• 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
• 33 paid holidays per year including bank holidays
