Job Details:

In this position you will provide sales and support recommendations to clients and Federated Sales Representatives on coverage/product options for life, annuity, and disability income products. We are looking for someone with effective and energetic phone skills, problem solving, and attention to detail combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience. No prior insurance experience is required and we will support you in obtaining a Life, Disability, and Group Health Producer license.
Qualifications Needed:
  • Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in customer service or business demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people, as well as, work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work with multiple computer applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail
The starting pay for this position is $23.60 per hour. This position is located in our Owatonna, MN office.
