Job Details:

In this position you will have the opportunity to positively and professionally impact the image of the Company and the services we provide to clients, employees, and the community. We are seeking someone who enjoys being on the phone and can display professionalism, warmth, and efficiency in directing calls to the appropriate department or resource. In addition you will scan incoming mail documents and ensure electronic delivery of incoming mail. You will also serve as a back-up to other office Services positions, when necessary.
Qualifications Needed:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Prefer one year customer service or business experience demonstrating excellent listening skills and an ability to interact tactfully and professionally with a variety of people
  • Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with multiple computer applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and a high attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Push and/or pull items weighing up to 500 pounds
Hours for this position will be 9:35 a.m. – 6:05 p.m. and the starting pay is $18.30 per hour.
