• Engage with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategic solutions that drive proactive risk management practices and reduce residual risks within a rapidly changing environment
• Provide consultative support to all levels of the organization on risk identification and response best practices
• Tailor risk reporting and communications to their appropriate audience and present information in a credible, confident, and influential manner, including communications to executive management in high-pressure environments
• Effectively communicate highly complex issues in a concise and purposeful manner to executive management
• Build and maintain relationships across System and department stakeholder groups, leading interactions that add vale and optimize efficiencies
• Perform a lead role in the development of a collaborative, robust and sustainable risk tolerance program for National and System IT
• Provide trusted advisory services to customers by conducting root cause analysis and formulating actionable mitigation plans with measurable risk reduction outcomes
• Conduct risk assessment engagements with results focus to minimize risk exposure and strengthen overall visibility through early identification of risk trends

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ yeas in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Project Management, or related functions
• Demonstrate thought leadership activities by implemented innovative solutions and applied knowledge of risk management practices that advanced a risk management program
• Exhibit confidence in ability to be flexible with multiple paths to arrive at a goal, adaptable to thinking on your feet and changing course, open minded to different perspectives and comfortable with failure until arriving at a winning solution
• Ability to establish metrics, provide analysis of results identifying trends for internal consumption leading to actionable risk mitigation/ management
• Ability to manage and conduct risk assessment process for collecting accurate and complete data from business processes and initiatives that identify, validate, and manage emerging risks exposures
• Ability to tailor communications to their appropriate audience and present information in a credible, confident, and influential manner. Communicate in a concise, direct and purposeful way that tells the story
• Demonstrate strong people skills and excellent organizational time and task management skills

• The national hiring range for the Enterprise Risk Advisor is $85,100 – $106,400 annually. For candidates in certain markets (Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York City Metro Area, Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA), the listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
