Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing, allocating and posting payments received from clients to the finance system, across multiple international entities
• Raising & posting sales ledger adjustments
• Allocating payments in-line with Self-Bill reconciliation reports
• Preparing and raising refund payments
• Raising & posting of management accounting journals during month end

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
• Good organisation and workload management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role in finance is preferable but not necessary
