Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions for current openingsLiaise and build relationships with head-hunters/agenciesAdvertise job openings on internal email and career page, job boards and social networksPromote internal employee referral programsSource candidates through online channels (e.g., Professional networks and portfolio sites)Screen CVs and applications and update candidates on hiring processesInterview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first round and second round interviewsReport to VP HR/HR Director and hiring managers on the status of open positionsConduct on-boarding for all London new employeesActs as a single point of contact/guidance for the employees and managers in the London officeActs as a member of the HR Management Team and assists in the formation of a coherent HR and people strategy – prioritise processes that will deliver the most benefits. Proactively support the delivery of these HR processes and rulesDevelop personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity, and initiative and with this, challenges business leadersProactively promote HR interventions that will add to the bottom line today and in the future, instead of merely responding to requests for service
Person SpecificationPrevious experience within a similar role and ideally educated to degree levelSolid understanding of full cycle recruitingWillingness to learn and ability to flourish in a high growth, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environmentAbility to work autonomouslyProven effectiveness and excellence in both written and verbal communicationInternational mind-set
