Director of Talent Acquisition
Job Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition role leads all recruiting efforts supporting a multi-state high-volume contact center environment with over 2,500 colleagues. Collaborating with all stakeholders, this position drives the strategy, processes, and tools to deliver top-quality candidates that meet the needs of our clients and business.
This role executes on all business imperatives in alignment with FCR’s Mission, Vision, Values.
The Director of Talent Acquisition reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources.
