Position Overview

The Director of Talent Acquisition role leads all recruiting efforts supporting a multi-state high-volume contact center environment with over 2,500 colleagues. Collaborating with all stakeholders, this position drives the strategy, processes, and tools to deliver top-quality candidates that meet the needs of our clients and business.

This role executes on all business imperatives in alignment with FCR’s Mission, Vision, Values.

The Director of Talent Acquisition reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Partner with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to understand position requirements and needs, develop a recruiting strategy, drive sourcing to find qualified candidates and evolve recruiting processes
• Develop innovative strategies to improve quality candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms such as social media, mobile, digital, etc.
• Work with Marketing to enhance branding/advertising opportunities and capture associated metrics
• Manage and evolve the full cycle recruiting process for the team including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates
• Equip managers with tools and information to strengthen their candidate evaluation and decision-making process
• Attend operations leadership meetings to gather and share information related to program ramps (up or down) and/or concerns from a recruiting perspective
• Develop a talent pipeline through a variety of programs including social media, representation at key hiring events, local media relations, internship opportunities other key events/activities
• Directly recruit for exempt leadership level positions
• Create and evolve a high-touch and best in class candidate experience
• Partner with Marketing to Manage key analytic reports related to hiring trends, time to fill, and other relative data
• Drive the delivery of behavior-based interviewing training
• Manage recruiting vendor relationships and partnerships with staffing agencies. Negotiate contracts under guidance of leadership
• Develop, mentor, lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to support the FCR talent pipeline
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-hire
• In conjunction with the Sr. Director of HR, manage the Talent Acquisition budget
• Other duties/projects as assigned

• Ability to anticipate data needs, capture, and analyze data to make better business decisions
• Competent in using a variety of software and systems including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and others

Additional Qualifications

• 8-15 years’ minimum experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition organization
• 10 years minimum experience in a leadership role managing a team of full life cycle recruiters
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous Recruitment call center experience required
• ATS Experience – preferably ADP experience
• Other tool experience preferred – Harver Assessment, ICIMS text recruit
• Efficient time management
• Sufficient depth of knowledge in employment law strongly preferred
• Ability to influence across a matrix of business constituents
• Proven track record of building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
• Demonstrated success in a multi-location or global organization
• Proven success implementing innovative processes in a high volume, service oriented recruiting environment

FCR Hiring Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Employment contingent upon approved background check
