Position: Admissions Officer

Job description:

01. To contact potential or existing customers/students to inform them of FBA products, the university programmes, and courses in various locations in the UK.

02. To answer questions about FBA, the courses of the universities, their locations, and other relevant issues.

03. To have healthy communication asking questions to find student requirements and close sales.

04. To enter data and update students’ information in the FBA database.

05. To take appropriate instructions from the potential students/customers and process the same through the FBA student counsellors linking the universities and colleges.

06. To deal with the admission applications, their record keeping and pass on to the marketing seniors for finalizations.

07. To keep records of all calls and sales and note useful information.

08. To handle grievances to preserve FBA reputation in the market.

09. To provide information to the potential students/sub-agents about the universities/colleges, courses, fees, admissions requirements etc.

10. To liaise with all related departments within FBA, the universities and colleges and other external bodies as and when required basis.

11. To perform any other jobs which maybe demanded by the FBA management from time to time.

Job Specification

01. Nature of Job: Full-time.

02. Qualifications: Minimum A-Level in two subjects or bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline.

03. Experiences: Minimum 1-year experience as Tele sales Representative and/or Admissions officers, in sales and/or customer services.

04. Knowledge of Bulgarian and/or Romanian language is an added advantage.

05. Good knowledge of relevant computer skills and telephone systems.

06. Quick learner, capable to pick the FBA products (institutions, courses) and services.

07. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command in English.

08. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

09. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

10. Must have a working knowledge of data protection laws.

Contract length: Minimum 24 months
