Graduate Site Engineer

A regional contractor is recruiting a Graduate Site Engineer to work on a project within the civil engineering division. The Graduate Site Engineer will work alongside the site engineers and site manage. Working on a live sight in Portsmouth working on a Flood defence project, pouring and checking the quality of concrete.

Graduate Site Engineer duties include:

• Assisting the site engineers with setting out
• Checking the quality of concrete
• Helping with the pouring of concrete
• Assisting with paper work

The company are an established regional contractor working in sectors as rail, construction, coastal defence, and general civil engineering works.

The ideal candidate is likely to have a degree or professional qualification in civil engineering or a related discipline, eager to learn and wanting to progress.

Required to hold a valid CSCS card is expected as a minimum, with some experience on site being beneficial.

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
