Favorite Healthcare Staffing Hiring for Marketing Coordinator at Overland Park, KS Full Time

Favorite Healthcare Staffing, part of Acacium Group, is looking for a creative, organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join the Marketing team at our corporate office in Overland Park, Kansas.

The Marketing Coordinator will work with a team to develop and implement strategic marketing content and campaigns. You will be responsible for contributing to the development of compelling materials for print and digital marketing initiatives geared toward increasing brand recognition and lead generation between consumers and the company. A solid understanding of marketing and copy writing are necessary to be a successful Marketing Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

· Create marketing collaterals for print, email, and digital lead generation campaigns

· Work with team to launch effective marketing campaigns that help achieve company, branch, and corporate division goals

· Develop and launch strategic and informative email marketing and communication campaigns

· Assist in managing company branding and style on all marketing and sales materials for the company

· Update and maintain marketing and sales materials to align with new company branding guidelines

· Assist sales and business development teams with digital and printed material preparation for presentations, events, and industry trade shows

· Write compelling copy for marketing materials, ad campaigns, and our company website and blog

· Analyze effectiveness and ROI of marketing and advertising campaigns

· Conduct research on relevant industry and market trends to help drive marketing initiatives

Requirements:

· Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or similar field

· Prior experience in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or similar field

· Strong proficiency in copywriting and written communications

· Possess skills needed to write and develop response driven marketing campaigns

· Passion for marketing and branding

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

· Must be a self-starter and be able to function independently

· Must be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

· Must be detail-oriented, innovative, and creative
