Compensation: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00/yr plus Corporate Bonus

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Talent Acquisition department running smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a good sense of humor. This is a great opportunity for someone to assist and gain additional experience with general recruitment functions and practices as well.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule interviews, set up meetings, and distribute the appropriate and needed information
  • Answer general email inquiries on open positions and application status
  • Facilitate communication between Talent Acquisition department and other departments
  • Create and distribute offer letters and supporting documents
  • Complete reference checks as assigned
  • Update recruitment spreadsheet and track KPI’s
  • Prepare job descriptions
  • Support the broader HR team on initiatives and projects
Qualifications/Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative support experience required
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain its confidentiality
  • Ability to support multiple projects at once
