Compensation:

$41,600.00

Position Details:
The Recruiter position is for someone who is passionate about matching the right healthcare provider to the perfect account all while providing amazing customer service to all parties included.
Scope of Work:
The Recruiter places employees on temporary assignments, performing personnel-related duties, and providing clients with customer support.
Recruiter Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • The Recruiter is responsible for establishing a fantastic customer relationship to receive, review and enter and review client orders all while anticipating client staffing needs.
  • Manage full desk of screening, matching healthcare provider to order, sending to client and scheduling for assignments once credentials are verified.
  • Work as a team and maintain professional working relationships with clients and employees.
  • Confirm assignments with employees and clients. Notify client and employees of any shift cancellations.
  • Communicate company-related information to current and prospective clients and employees.
  • Completes new client information and forwards to Payroll/Billing department.
  • Responsible for payroll of Temporary Healthcare Providers
  • Run and analyze daily transaction s.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
As the Recruiter, it is important that you can communicate effectively, work well with a team as well as independently, and cultivate positive working relationships. The Recruiter role requires being on a computer, talking on the phone and having a positive upbeat demeanor.
Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or an Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
