Faversham House is a multi-award winning, progressive, and independent media company with 50 staff based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The offices are in the process of a major refurbishment to reflect a modern working environment focussed on collaboration and able to cope with future hybrid working. We have adapted to the present health emergency by successfully working from home. We intend to adopt a hybrid working model going forward including both home and office working once the situation allows and dependent on job role and responsibilities. Since March 2020 we have adapted our product offering to include digital paid, and free conferences, online awards, and bespoke digital events. We have a fantastic opportunity at Faversham House as a Talent Acquisition Manager. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about finding and recruiting the best quality, most talented candidates for our roles who share our purpose and our values. Working closely with the leadership team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will take responsibility for the recruitment and onboarding process, training and coaching our team to implement best practice. Building a pipeline of excellent candidates through promoting a strong and exciting employer brand.
You will be passionate about delivering a great experience to recruits and recruiting managers alike, adept at matching the right candidates to the right roles and skilled at interviewing. You’ll be a skilled social media user and passionate about building our company brand employer in order to help our company succeed,
You’ll be an excellent communicator, have a strong recruitment background (ideally within internal recruitment), have exceptional interviewing skills, and have up to date knowledge of employment law, including discrimination and gender equality laws with good knowledge of employment documentation and contracts.
