Our Shared Services Group is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner-Electronics** to be based Farmington Hills, MI (remote/hybrid).

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process (full life cycle recruitment) with the support of HR, for their assigned customer.

The main responsibilities include:

• Provide full life cycle recruitment and evaluation for outstanding customer service to both our internal and external customers and candidates
• Understand the need for a positive candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
• Responsible for providing internal customers expertise and formulating a strong recruitment strategy based on global and regional market trends
• Implement, drive, and manage strategic sourcing programs and processes to ensure staffing aligns with current and future division workforce needs
• Workforce planning: assists in building proactive plans to align workforce supply and demand across divisions for key positions
• Utilizes social media sourcing strategies for candidate pipelining
• Meets with internal clients on a regular basis as potential gaps are identified and researched for identified key positions

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or other applicable fields, required
• 7+ years experience in corporate or agency recruitment, required
• Demonstrated experience advising, guiding & consulting top line management on Talent Acquisition practices
• Experience in a global, matrixed work environment
• Must be driven and self-motivated, bring strong energy and communication skills
• Experience with social media tools to drive candidate talent pools and build Faurecia talent brand
• Experience using Talent Acquisition technology including CRM tools, ATS, AI, etc.
• Experience recruiting specialized niche roles in Electrical, Mechanical and R&D Engineering
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
• Previous experience coaching and leading less experienced team members is a plus
