Our Clean Mobility North American Division is looking for a Quality Manager for our site in Brampton, Ontario.
The role of a Plant Quality Manager is to guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES), and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.
The main missions of the role are to:
Customer standards
S/R Standards
Faurecia Excellence System and procedures
To represent the customer within the plant and act accordingly
To participate to the definition of the plant quality objectives, monitor progress and implement corrective action in case of deviation
Responsible for the complaint management for both customers and suppliers ensuring that complaints are managed in a timely manner using appropriate Problem Solving techniques and ensuring that 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in all systems.
Manage the quality department (budget, recruitment, allocation of resources, personnel development)
Ensures capitalization and transversalization and sharing of best practices
Ensure the Plant’s compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured
Qualifications
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of professional Manufacturing experience in the automotive industry a must
Experience with OEMs
Solid knowledge of Quality in Production
Able to work under pressure, tight time-lines and still deliver good results.

Customer relationship experience
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
