Position Summary: The financial planning & analysis manager is in charge of business forecasting, managing the reporting of the different sites which compose the Division, ensuring the consistency of the data reported to the Management and the full compliance to the accounting, FCPs and ICB requirements
Responsibilities:

• Ensure all financial related procedures compliance
• Develop, execute and control internal finance procedures including alignment of standard process across NAO sites
• Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures and Internal control basics.
• Coordinate External Audit process (Accounting)

• Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management
• Lead all forecasting processes (budget, strategic plan, forecast, …).
• Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and compliance.
• Ensure reliability of P&L and COC.
• Gather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis.
• Collaborate with GBS obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information.
• Control and manage the site’s operating cash flow (capex, working capital).
• Control and manage the central corporate BAU P&L
• Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors.

• Act as a business partner toward the management of the division, and provide recommendation to the management
• Propose, to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis in order to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload…).
• Follow finance impact of action plans.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Good accounting knowledge.
• Business minded and strong teamwork sense.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English required.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s with a Finance degree or Master’s degree in Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including responsibility at any site controlling experience (plant and/or program controlling).
• CPA is a plus
