Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and capable Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing sales operations support to the sales team particularly with the Salesforce CRM, and in addition, working directly with both new prospects and existing customers as an account manager with a focus on lead qualification and subscription renewals.
Reporting to our Director, Sales and working closely with the other members of the Sales Team as well as, collaborating closely with our Customer Success team, you will be responsible supporting the Sales Team to in keeping Salesforce CRM information complete and accurate and in other sales administration and operational tasks. In addition, the role will be selling our predictive technology solution to new prospects to qualify leads and working with existing customers to ensure they are “sold” on renewing their subscriptions and managing through any issues or objections. The role requires the use of data, science and real-life success stories to educate and advocate to drive marketing leads forward, and enable expansions and renewals of existing customers. This role is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the business at an early stage, but with an already world-class roster of reference customers that we are focused on expanding and further penetrating multiple departments, sites, and business units.
