FastMed Hiring for Occupational Health A/R Specialist Job at Jacksonville, FL Full Time

Position Summary: The Occupational Health Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the training of other trainers within an assigned market related to Drug Screens, Breath Alcohol Testing, etc. This person will assist in developing programs to ensure consistency in Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine, and Workers’ Comp services across all markets.

Essential Responsibilities

1.Serve as the primary Drug Screen/Alcohol Testing Master Trainer.

2.Manage training programs for Master Trainers, DS/BAT Trainers, and Collectors/Technicians

3.Oversee the DS and BAT Collection Site Audit processes.

4.Assist CMs with completion of Affidavits of Corrections as needed.

5.Ensure compliance with Error Correction Training process.

6.Serve as resource to RDs and CMs for questions related to OccHealth, OccMed, and Workers’ Comp services.

7.Maintain and update knowledge of associated regulatory requirements.

8.Performs other duties as assigned.

9.Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, time records, and financial transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Background in healthcare with 3 years of industry experience (e.g., vision, pharmacy, hospital departments, stand-alone healthcare clinics).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

• Proven track record of project management and implementation of plans
