Call Center Specialist

We are currently looking for Call Center Specialists to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. As an ideal candidate, you are service-focused and experienced in acting as a liaison, providing answers and information, and resolving any emerging problems that our finance company customers might face. You also have strong, professional communications skills, and are open to operating in a flexible, multitasking customer service environment. Additionally, you will comply with and maintain knowledge of company policies, and federal and state laws governing the servicing and collection of consumer credit accounts.

Responsibilities include…

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, text and email in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Accurately communicate account information through approved methods and systems.
• Maintain broad knowledge of all company services, policies, and any scheduled promotions.
• Maintain detailed notes of all customer and client interactions.
• Communicate directly with management regarding customer and client interactions as needed.
• Periodically meet with team to set individual and department goals.
• Monitor accounts, process payments, and resolve billing and customer account issues.

Qualifications needed…

• Experience in consumer credit services and/or a consumer-focused call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• De-escalation skills, patience, and ability to manage stress effectively.
• DRUG SCREENING REQUIRED

Candidate must be willing and able to work flex schedule Monday- Friday 9am-7:30pm and Saturday from 12pm-7:30pm.
