Production Packing Clerk

Job Responsibilities
The Production Packing Clerk s to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for:
· Review work orders to determine any special labelling & packing instructions, stock specifications, or quantities to be packed & shipped.
· Pull, stack, weigh and pack product based on daily work order priority.
· Monitor product quality frequently, problems to mitigate quality & safety issues.
· Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions and procedures (SOP)
· Perform frequent visual quality & quantity inspections to maintain shipment accuracy.
· Understand the basics of the supply chain, including shipping and inventory control.
· Comply with all warehouse/production safety and quality rules and guidelines.
· Maintain accurate records and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
· Basic math skills | Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance on a frequent basis.
· Strong attention to detail | Hand Tools | Pallet Jack | Effective interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer software skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
· Excellent verbal & writing communication English skills | Legal status to work in Canada.
Preferred
· Able to work shift work or Over-Time when required | Able to stand for extended periods.
· Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision | Customer service and safety focused.
· Organized | Accurate | Efficient | Team player | Reliable | Personal accountability.

· Monday to Friday Day Shift
· Compensation: Hourly Wage: $18.00 – $ 21.00 cnd.
