Responsible for key company reports that are produced monthly/quarterly.
Assist in ensuring compliance throughout the department with established controls.
Plays an integral part in the monthly financial close process, and prepares accruals and data analysis to ensure accurate reporting.
Assist with monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
Review reconciliations completed by analysts or other staff to ensure accuracy.
Work with retail locations and distribution centers to ensure compliance with SOX guidelines and company internal controls.
Assist with the monthly material usage forecast to project company earnings for upper management and investors.
Assist in the annual audit performed with external auditors by supporting the selections made on key reports, control procedures, and inventory analytics.
Review and analyze retail location’s inventory variances that are outside of established thresholds to determine underlying reasons for variance and follow up with operations leadership on appropriate resolutions.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
