ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Representative works closely with the entire team. Prior experience with training coordination and project management functions, including planning, scheduling, communications and customer & resource liaison is required. The Customer Service Representative is a people-person able to build and maintain productive ‘client-supplier’ relationships, an organized multi-tasker able to support multiple diverse projects at once, quickly pivot as client event requirements change and meet tight deadlines, no matter what.

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties

Customer Service Representative – Health & Safety Training Administration

• Answer phone calls, emails, web enquiries related to training, products, and services orders.
• Create new customer in NetSuite, verify existing information in NetSuite, obtain required product information, prepare estimate, sales order and fulfill or redirect the enquiry accordingly.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labour Training Skills Development for data input and certifications.
• Direct communication with customers on access codes and documentation.
• Responsible for tracking and verifying the accuracy of order information related to e-learning.
• Back-up administrative tasks for Training Co-ordinator when required.
• Provide Sales Support – as directed by Business Development Manager
• Proactively communicate with past customers to rebook courses or purchase other products/services
• Utilize / maintain internal tracking system, documenting output to measure overall success
• Liaise with sales and other internal parties to ensure outbound customers calls are value-added (historical data is clear and accurate) and any follow-up action is managed effectively and efficiently

Education, Credentials and Other Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma. University degree or college diploma an asset ·
• Minimum three years experience in similar role ·
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) ·
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, similar application, or CRM system an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
