Fast Net Group Looking for Civils Engineer at Plymouth, Devon Full Time
We are eager to hear from civils engineers who have experience of fibre/cable activities on external telecom infrastructure contracts. These are permanent roles where you will be based in the area of Plymouth.
Your role will be to complete maintenance digs and clearing blockages and pole lead ins on the highway and footway. You will be supporting the install of fibre on the Openreach network.
Typical daily tasks include but not limited to:
- Site set up adhering to NRSWA requirements
- Completing Work Risk Assessments
- Cold Lay re instatement
- Excavation, backfill and managing on site spoil
- Houskeeping – checking that all tools are callibrated where required and in good condition
A Full driving licence is required for this role and NRSWA Operative accreditations.
