Urgent need for a Certified Public Accountant with Medical Office related background who is advanced in Quickbooks.

Full Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.
• Oversight/Processing the accounts payable.
• Collating and entering vendor expenses.
• Preparing bank statements.
• Invoicing clients and customers.
• Processing accounts receivable.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Processing employee timesheets.
• Managing the payroll system.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Preparing annual budget and taxes.

FT Accounting Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience as a FT Accountant.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping software.
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Ability to work to a strict deadline.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Applicant may work from home office but must be available from time to time for onsite meetings for report presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
