Essential Functions:
Manage the front desk of the President’s Office suite and provide support to the President’s team.
Answer phones, log messages and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintain and order office and event supplies.
Receive and sort in-coming mail for distribution within the office as well as prepare packages and forms for outgoing mail act as a liaison to the mail operations team.
Assist with the planning and preparation for large scale meetings and events, including commencement.
Complete reservation forms to book event spaces and meeting rooms on campus, maintain events calendar for the President’s Office and act as a liaison to the facilities rentals team.
Setup, manage and troubleshoot technology needs for meetings and the office in general.
Conduct research and prepare presentations.
Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations and other documents.
Maintain and manage electronic files.
Organize and prepare interview packets for faculty searches.
Prepare weekly car requests, and input tickets for IT and service requests.
Review and process invoices for all of the President’s Office cost centers.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of appropriate experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.

Additional Information:
Days/Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm, in person, occasional evening hours; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.
Salary Schedule 91C
Hiring Salary: $55,644 per year
Mid Range Salary: $69,053 per year
Maximum Salary: $80,403 per year
