Farrell Equipment is seeking a Business Office Associate to join our Business Office team at our Eau Claire, WI location.

Farrell Equipment is a family owned & operated construction supply company offering the best and latest in equipment, tools, and supplies. We offer a fun, friendly work environment as well as opportunities to learn and grow within Farrell Equipment.

Applicant must be comfortable with accounting and billing of customers. Personnel would work with Microsoft Office, Excel, Great Plains, VAI and Point of Rental.

Essential Job Duties Include but not Limited to:

• Processing invoices and monthly statements
• Inventory Transfers
• Processing credit applications
• Answering telephones
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Scanning documents
• Assisting with Safety Organization
• Completing Daily Attendance

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication
• Data Entry experience preferred
