Farm Business Consultants Hiring for Customer Service Representative Full Time

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the first point of contact with our Members, the Customer Service Representative is a critical part of the FBC team. They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provides exceptional customer service to FBC Members.

Please note that this position is full time – Monday to Friday, and will directly in person to our Kelowna, BC branch office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our successful candidate will:

• Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members
• Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
• Prepare, review and file confidential documents, s and other correspondence materials

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

• 2+ years of front-line customer service experience
• Experience in any one of these areas – bookkeeping, accounting or tax would be considered an asset

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
• An aptitude for learning
• Superior organizational skills
• Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
• A working knowledge of MS Office
