Full Job Description

The Jasper Agency is a well-established and growing insurance office located in Rapid City. We are seeking a service associate who is focused on professionalism, customer service and assisting the office team in keeping tasks flowing and efficient while maintaining a positive attitude. The right candidate will have excellent verbal skills and phone etiquette as well as strong computer proficiency and the ability to prioritize tasks on the fly. Your focus will be supporting the current sales staff with the potential of advancement into sales yourself. Duties will include, but not limited to, processing changes, entering quotes, assisting clients with questions and updates to their policy and greeting walk-in customers. Insurance knowledge and understanding is needed and you will be required to be licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. No phone calls please.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
