Job Summary
Seeking a highly professional, detail orientated candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of a customer service assistant in a successful insurance office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Identify and respond to customer inquiries; secure information from customers and other industry professionals with thoroughness and accuracy; retrieve, complete and submit claim paperwork; schedule customer appointments, maintain inventory of office supplies
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to speak fluently and coherently.
Must be a self starter.
Possess and display confidence when communicating with clients.
Proficient in the operation of computer software applications
Ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to deliver information in a courteous and thoughtful manner.
